TUFS出國交換
東京外國語大學(TUFS)交換申請計畫─ 2026年度秋季班 申請作業
東京外國語大學（TUFS）秋季班（10月開學）系所推薦時間：敬請各系所承辦人於2/24（週二）中午前回傳系所推薦名冊、申請者資料與檢核表，以便進行院內複審作業，逾時不候。
一、申請資格 Eligibility
1. 人社院大學部二年級（含）以上及碩士二年級（含）以上在學學生（本次未開放博士生申請）；出國期間須保有清大學籍，休學者請勿申請。
Current students, who have completed at least one academic year of study at NTHU are eligible.
2. 依姊妹校規定，交換學生成績需符合GPA2.0（4.0制）以上，或換算後等同於該成績規定。
Minimum GPA requirements: All students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) to be eligible for the exchange program.
3. 語言能力需符合以下資格之一（不可自行調整級別）：
English: CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) B2
OR
Japanese: N2 of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)

二、申請流程 Application Process
系所初審：申請者繳交出國交換應備文件（紙本及電子）至系所辦公室，系所辦公室將系所推薦清冊送交院複審
Submit the required application materials (hard copy & pdf files) to the Office of Department
↓
院複審：公告審查結果，並向交換學校提名通過複審者
After reviewing, CHSS would nominate the proper candidates to host universities
↓
交換學校審查：被提名人繳交該校申請文件並進行最終審查作業
Host universities would send the application and acceptance letter to admitted candidates.
三、可申請學校及名額 Available Exchange Schools and Student Numbers
請參考「姊妹校列表」分頁，合約內容包含「學生交換」皆可申請。各校以平等互惠為原則，基本上每年各校可交換名額為2名(一年期／學期)。
Please refer to the partner schools which had remarked “student exchange”. Based on the balance in student numbers, we may send up to 2 full-year／one-semester students to each partner schools annually.

四、語文能力 Language Requirements
語言能力需符合以下資格之一（不可自行調整級別）：
English: CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) B2
OR
Japanese: N2 of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)

5. 人社院-院級交換生獎助金獲獎切結書（僅欲申請「國立清華大學人文社會學院院級交換生獎助金」者需填覆；有關院級交換生獎助金，請參見「國立清華大學人文社會學院院級交換計畫獎助金 申請流程與辦法」頁籤）
・ 東京外國語大學必備申請文件（請將以下文件依序合併為一份完整的pdf檔繳交）：
1. ISEPTUFS CHECKLIST（SAMPLE；請將「Online applications by the applicant/申請者本人のオンライン申請」處留白）
2. Participation Agreement （請將「Coordinator」處留白，以便本院填寫確認）
3. Certificate of Health（SAMPLE）
4. Latest official academic record at home university written in English or Japanese（請提供英文證明，並以TUFS申請要求所示方式劃記）
*Submit the latest transcript issued after the application starts.
*All applicants: Highlight the previous semester’s grades with YELLOW for ISEPTUFS GPA.
*JASSO applicants only: Underline the previous academic year's grades with RED for JASSO GPA. (If it is not underlined in red, it is assumed that the applicants do not wish to apply for the JASSO Scholarship.)
5. Certificate of English / Japanese language proficiency
English: TOEFL iBT, IELTS, TOEIC L&R and S&W, Cambridge English
Japanese: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above

7. A copy of Passport
※ 申請件經院內複審後，經本院所推薦之申請者需於3/9（週一）前，至TUFS線上系統完成線上資料登錄。請申請者留意該時間，並確保聯繫信箱可順利收信，以免影響自身權益。申請件無論通過與否，申請資料將不予退回。
六、費用 Fee
學生出國期間應繳交清大學費，免付交換校之學費，惟住宿費、書籍費、交通費、保險費及其他生活雜費應由學生自行負擔；經錄取之學生若無故放棄，已繳交之對方學校行政費用不予退還。
During the exchange period, outbound exchange students must pay NTHU tuition fees and are waived from the tuition fees from the host university. Costs of living, travel, insurance and all miscellaneous costs related to exchange are the students' responsibilities. Should a withdrawal of exchange take place, the administrative fees paid to the host university are non-refundable.
七、交換期間 Period of Study
錄取之學生應於下一個學期出國，出國交換期間可選擇1學期或1學年。
Students may apply for the exchange for a minimum of 1 semester or up to 1 academic year（equivalent to 2 semesters.）
八、出國交換生規定 Responsibilities of exchange student
修課之義務：大學部須至交換學校每學期至少修讀 3 門課程及格，研究生每學期至少修讀 1 門課程及格。
Course load: Undergraduates: A minimum of 3 courses per semester; Graduates: A minimum of 1 Master-level course per semester.
交換校學期結束後一個月內需繳交心得報告，並配合本院後續交換計畫相關分享活動。
Students are required to submit a report within 30 days upon return from the exchange.
Students are eligible to join/ attend promotion activities or information sessions organized by CHSS upon his/ her return.
