1. Inbound Exchange Students Application Procedure
【For Applicants】
Step1. Complete Application Documents:
Please send documents required to inbound team staff from your home institution. Documents required are listed in "Documents Required" section.
【For Applicants’ Home Institution】
Step1. Nomination List and Application Documents:
Applicants should complete application forms attached with required documents. Please send your nomination list and a completed version of applicants’ application forms attached with required documents to cy.yang@mx.nthu.edu.tw before March 15th (Sunday), 2026.

Step2. Admission Status Informing:
Specialists from College of Humanities and Social Sciences, NTHU would inform you about admission status.

2. Language Requirements: since the majority of courses are conducted in Chinese, students are required to possess an appropriate level of Chinese proficiency.
HSK(新漢語水平考試)五級
or
TOCFL(華語文能力測驗)新制進階級 BandB – Level 4
or
TOCFL(華語文能力測驗)舊制 Level 4 – TOP3: 90-101
*Applicants who are unable to submit the aforementioned certificates must provide an official recommendation letter from their home university verifying their language proficiency.
3. GPA requirement: 2.5/4.0 or higher *GPA should be calculated using the grades of the previous semester at the time of application.

(2) Official Transcript (English or Chinese)
(3) Study Plan
(4) Copy of your Passport
(5) ID Photograph (jpg format, same size as a passport photograph)
(6) Certificate of Language Ability
